What we collect

When you submit the quote request form at /get-a-quote, we collect your first name, last name, phone number, ZIP code, Illinois county, preferred contact time, and your consent to be contacted.

We may also record attribution information when it's available, to understand which content is helpful to visitors: the page that referred you, your general landing page, and UTM marketing parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, and content). We also record your IP address for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

How we use it

Information submitted through the quote form is used to connect you with a licensed insurance agent who may contact you by telephone and/or text message about health insurance options. We do not collect an email address through the quote form, and we do not contact visitors by email as a result of submitting it. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

The application may rely on server-side service providers to operate -- for example, website hosting, database storage, security and fraud prevention, and sending an internal notification when a new quote request is received. Those providers process information on our behalf and do not independently market to you using it.

How we protect it

Sensitive fields (first name, last name, and phone number) are encrypted at rest. Access to stored lead information is limited to authorized personnel and local administrative tools that never expose data publicly.

Your choices

You may request to stop being contacted at any time. Submitting the form is voluntary, and declining to submit it does not affect your ability to browse this site's educational content.
